Q: What ages or sizes do Little Sunnies shoes fit?

Little Sunnies are designed for little feet from roughly 9 months to 3 years old — typically U.S. sizes 3 through 7. You can view detailed measurements on each product page or use our Size Guide to find your child’s perfect fit.

Q: How do I know which size to choose?

We recommend measuring your child’s foot from heel to toe and comparing it with our Size Guide chart on each product page. For the best fit, allow about 0.5 cm (¼ inch) of growing room.

If your child is between sizes, we suggest sizing up.

Q: My child has wider feet. Will Little Sunnies fit?

Absolutely. Each pair has a naturally wide toe box and flexible upper, allowing room for growth and movement — perfect for little ones with wide or chunky feet.

Q: Can my child wear them outside?

Yes! Our shoes feature flexible, non-slip soles that are great for outdoor exploration — playgrounds, parks, and everyday adventures.

Q: Are Little Sunnies shoes machine washable?

Yes! All Little Sunnies shoes are machine washable.

Simply remove the insoles, place the shoes in a mesh laundry bag, and wash on cold, gentle cycle.

Air dry only — do not machine dry or expose to direct heat.

Q: How do I keep the shoes fresh between washes?

We recommend spot-cleaning with a damp cloth and mild detergent for quick touch-ups. The breathable knit material helps prevent odor buildup even between washes.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped from our fulfillment center in Pennsylvania.

U.S. deliveries usually arrive in 3–7 business days depending on location.

Canadian orders may take 7–14 business days due to customs processing.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only within the United States and Canada.

Q: How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also log into your Little Sunnies account to check your order status anytime.

Q: What carriers do you use?

We primarily ship via USPS and UPS, depending on weight and destination. Canadian orders are shipped through Canada Post or international USPS service.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging (including the cotton shoe bag).
