Refund policy

We want you and your little one to love their Little Sunnies!


If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.


Eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging (including the cotton shoe bag and inserts).

“Unworn” means the shoes have not been worn outside or walked in. Please try them on indoors on a clean, dry surface.

Proof of purchase is required (order number and email, or your confirmation email).

Final-sale or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.


Exchanges (U.S.)

Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges within the U.S.

Start a request via our Returns & Exchanges Page and choose Exchange.

We’ll email you a prepaid return label.

Once the original pair is received and inspected, we’ll ship your replacement right away.


Returns for Refund (U.S.)

We’ll email you a prepaid return label. The label cost is deducted from your refund (typically $6–$8, varies by location).

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return (your bank may take additional time to post the credit).


International Returns

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping and any duties or taxes. Please use a trackable service and keep your receipt. Contact us first for instructions.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Please provide:

  • Your Order # (e.g., #1234) and email used at checkout
  • The item/size/color you’re returning
  • The reason (too small, too big, changed mind, etc.)
  • For damaged or defective items: clear photos of the issue and packaging

2. We’ll review and send you a prepaid label (U.S.) or instructions (international/self-ship).


Return Packaging & Address

Pack items securely with all original packaging and inserts.

Include a note with your Order # inside the parcel.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at shoplittlesunnies@gmail.com with photos and your Order # so we can make it right.
