Shipping policy

At Little Sunnies, we want every order to arrive quickly and safely so your little one can start exploring in comfort! Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping process.


Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed after 12PM EST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order ships, including your tracking number.


Shipping Within the U.S.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Standard Shipping:

Delivery in 3–7 business days once shipped.

Most orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, depending on weight and location.

Express Shipping:

Available at checkout for an additional cost.

Delivery in 2–4 business days once shipped.

Free Shipping:

Occasionally offered through promotions (e.g., “Free Shipping over $65”).

Orders that qualify will automatically see this option at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email.
You can also track your shipment anytime by clicking the tracking link in your confirmation email.

If you created a customer account, you can log in to My Account → Orders to see your tracking updates.


International Shipping

We currently ship to select international countries.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Please note:

Duties, taxes, and import fees are not included and are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery time varies by country and may take 7–21 business days depending on customs processing.


Preorders & Backordered Items

If an item is listed as preorder, your full order will ship once all items are available. Estimated shipping times will be listed on the product page.


Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be reshipped at the buyer’s expense, or refunded minus the original shipping cost.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
If your package shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors.

  2. Contact your local post office.

  3. If still unresolved, email us and we’ll help file a claim with the carrier.

Little Sunnies is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or customs inspections.
